SHOPPING TERMS & INSTRUCTION       

  1. Buyer must accept all our terms before click the button to confirm the order.
  2. Once you confirmed the order, means you are accept our terms as well.
  3. Once you confirmed the order, means you are understand what you order without fail.
  4. Since both of the buyers & visitors will show the IP address from our internal systems, please do not disturb or malicious damage our progamme, otherwise, we will pass to legal action for any claim.
  5. Both Buyer & Seller (our Shop) must keep the fair deal for different parties.
  6. Buyer & Visitors must agreed our shopping terms, payment method systems.
  7. All our terms will changing without any notification.

If you find any problem from our products or services, you are more then welcome to contact us at anytime, we will try our best to solve the problems with you.

ACCEPT GOODS RETURN

We just accepted the merchandises return under below rules :-

  1. Not the same item what you order.
  2. Upon received the merchandise with damaged, please call or email to us immediately regarding the photos with the defected part for clarification at the same day, authorized to third party to carry on this case was not acceptable.
  3. If the problem or defect come from our shop or our supplier, we will accept to exchange the goods; otherwise, we are not willing to return or refund money back for any unreasonable occurred. 
  4. Merchandises open but without any using marks.
  5. In case the indicated item was out of stocks, buyer may choose other items with the same price for replacement or paid the differences if necessary.

NOT ACCEPT GOOD RETURN

  1. Not from the quality problem but goods are being used and take out the BRAND (if any) or come with damaged or defected with using marks, our shop is not willing to return or refund money back.
  2. After checked by Professional department, the damaged or defected was caused by the personally, we are not willing to accept any return, money back, or repairing in this case.
  3. Buyer kept the products over three days.
  4. The items sold under by Clearance with Damage or defected. (we will mentioned on the product for clarification)

THE PROCEDURE OF GOODS EXCHANGE

  1. When Buyer received the merchandises and found it was damaged or defected, please call us and take photos and email to us for further discussion & arrangement immediately, remind authorized to third party to carry on this case was not acceptable.
  2. Merchandises must keep everything same as was we packed to you, such as hang-tag, labels must keep well, (included merchandise itself, accessories, manual, guarantee letter, packaging and Invoice..etc) for return to our shop, everything will subject what we received before goods exchange.
  3. Please keep the outer carton box as what you received and packed everything well (don’t missing anything) to send us back; unfortunately in case the outer carton was lost or dismissed, please used another carton box to protect the merchandises and pack it well before you send out to us. Remind that please don’t stick any labels or write anything on the merchandises itself as well as the packing box, otherwise, we can’t exchange the new replacement for you.  The period for 3 days only, otherwise it can’t refundable.
  4. Once you packed & sent out, please send all the details such as Contact person, telephone, emails & details of goods exchange, receipt, courier ABW ….etc to us by email or fax for notification in advance.
  5. If we come from the same location, buyer are welcome to our shop direct for goods exchange. (Please carry our Invoice together)
  6. Our shop / Company will keep the final right or common to decide whether accept the goods return or money back refund.

PAYMENT REFUND

1) CREDIT CARD 

If credit user, after we checked & inspected the merchandises need to claim, we will used the same payment method to refund the money to your credit card direct.

2) BANK TRANSFER / FACE TRADE WITH GOODS

If you via the bank transfer, please leave your personal A/C details to us as well, after we checked & inspected the merchandises need to claim, then we will transfer the money back to your A/C directly.

ATTENTION

In view of the resolution are different on each computer, the actual products may come different color when you watch out at the computer, we are not going to return or refund in this case. (Picture just for ref only and all details please referred to actual product)

Since all our stocks are limited, our shop will follow the prior of payment received for order arrangement. In case we found it was out of stocks, we will call to buyer for further discussed whether money back or goods exchange. Furthermore, our shop 100% to guarantee it come from original factory or copy right with authorize, so our quality are good and we will inspected in advance before delivery. In case any delay occurred, we will informed to customers immediately to explain the reason.  If any concern or queries, please contact with us at any time.
